Hotel
All reservations must be made directly through our travel agent. You can do so by visiting our travel website via the "view" button below. This website has all details you will need for booking your rooms and transfers from the Cancun airport to El Dorado (+ also see our FAQ page). Reservations must be made by September 15, 2026.
Travel Note
You should fly into the Cancun airport, which is under 30 minutes from the resort. We recommend flying into Cancun on or before Thursday, February 25th, 2027. If arriving on 2/25/2027, please try to book an early morning or midday flight, as we plan to have a welcome event on the evening of the 25th! Transfers from the airport to the hotel can be made directly through our travel website (listed above).
