Hotel
This is where both our welcome event and ceremony will take place. Parking is available on-site. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow enough time for parking and walk to the ceremony location at Mim Pavilion.
Hotel
We will not have a reserved hotel block for the weekend, but there are several great options within 15 minutes of the venue, including SpringHill Suites. For something with more character, we recommend Main Street Inn or Chateau Avalon Resort & Spa. If you’re planning to explore Kansas City during your stay, most areas are within a 30-minute drive of the venue.
Flight
An Uber or taxi ride from the airport to Heartland Camps and Retreat Center typically takes about 15–20 minutes. If you’re booking a hotel, many nearby options offer complimentary airport shuttle service.
Travel Note
Heartland Camps and Retreat Center is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport. The ceremony and reception areas have cell service, making it easy to call an Uber or taxi, and parking is available on-site. The property also operates as a retreat center. If you’d like to explore, you’re welcome to enjoy the hiking trails, walk the labyrinth, or play a round of disc golf. Please be respectful of the grounds and any other guests who may be using the space.
