We love kids but unfortunately, due to venue capacity limitations, this will be a child-free wedding.
We won’t have a reserved hotel block, but Heartland is just about 15 minutes from Kansas City International Airport, where you’ll find a variety of great hotel options nearby. The closest option is the Holiday Inn Express Kansas City North - Parkville, which is just a quick 5-minute drive from the venue. If you plan to have a designated driver, you’re welcome to park at Heartland. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are both available in the area for easy transportation. When you arrive, the main entrance to Heartland will be clearly marked with a large sign so you know you’re in the right place. From there, additional signage will guide you to parking and along the path to the ceremony and reception. The venue address is 16965 MO-45, Parkville, MO 64152
Our ceremony at Mim Pavilion is approximately a 10-minute walk from the main parking lot. We have reserved a limited number of accessible parking spaces near the ceremony site for guests who may find the walk on gravel or trail difficult. If you would like to reserve one of these spaces, please reach out to Matt or Emma. We’re also happy to arrange a drop-off directly at the ceremony site if needed.
