In the early 2020s, Matt and Emma hadn’t met yet, but they were both looking to start a new chapter of their lives in Denver, Colorado. After matching on Hinge and bonding over their Midwest roots, Matt and Emma went on their first date at Prost Brewing Company in July 2022, followed by a second date at Washington Park. The rest was history. After many ski days, family visits, hikes, tasty Denver eats, and reality TV shows, Matt and Emma returned to Washington Park, where Matt proposed in March 2025. Emma was completely surprised and didn’t hesitate to say YES!
