Question

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by Sunday, July 16, 2023.

Question

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we want our wedding to be parents' night off. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Will you have a hotel room block?

Answer

The venue is located in a predominantly residential area and hotels in proximity are limited. While we have not booked a hotel room block, we recommend the Hampton Inn Chicago North-Loyola Station for those coming in from out of town. Should you have any questions about alternative lodging, we're happy to field those questions.

Question

Where is your wedding being hosted?

Answer

Our wedding will be hosted at The Lytle House in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. It is a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue that will lend itself to our desire for an intimate experience.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We would like to begin our ceremony at 5:30 PM sharp. If guests could arrive by 5 PM we would greatly appreciate it.

Question

Will the venue offer parking?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not have dedicated parking, but there will be plenty of street parking available. Please give yourself enough time to find parking if you are driving.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, both. Our ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor and reception will be indoors.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is semi-formal. We want you to be comfortable and stylish. Cocktail dresses and suits should suffice.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love everyone to be fully present during our ceremony. As such, we ask that you not take photos during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture these moments for all of us to share. You are welcome to take photos throughout the cocktail hour and reception. In fact, we'll have a photo booth for everyone to enjoy!

Question

Do you have hashtag?

Answer

We do! We'd love for you all to tag our photos #ReadyToBeAMarrufoGarcia
