YES. Jagadish & Zeva each come from rich cultural traditions, and together with their families they would love to share this entire unique, "fusion" wedding with all of their guests. A long break is provided between the ceremonies for guests to be able to rest, grab lunch, change clothes, and/or explore the area.
YOUR CHOICE. The day of the wedding, some guests may opt to wear Cocktail Attire or Indian Formal Wear all day, while others may choose to change clothes between ceremonies and/or for the reception. There will be a break between the two ceremonies as well as prior to the reception.
YES. Jagadish & Zeva love kids, and all our wedding events are in family-friendly places. During the ceremonies, there will be space in the front of the venue if you have little ones who want to sit closer in order to be able to see (oppositely, your children would also be free to run all around the grounds of the Park). Please be sure to include your children when you RSVP.
NO. Though Jagadish & Zeva love pets, Ariel-Foundation Park does not permit pets in the Schnormeier Events Center (SEC), where all of our wedding ceremonies and celebrations will be held.
YES. Ariel-Foundation Park offers ample parking, and there will be signs and people to help guide you to Schnormeier Events Center (SEC), where all of the wedding events will be held.
YES. Ariel-Foundation Park has accessible parking and accessible bathrooms, as well as paved paths and sidewalks.
NO. Please be sure to arrange your own transportation between your lodging and the wedding ceremonies and celebrations at Ariel-Foundation Park. We strongly recommend carpooling, renting a car, or using ride-sharing apps (e.g., Lyft).
YES. Please click on the "Travel" tab at the top of the page to view information about discounted hotel blocks, airports, rental cars, AirBnBs, and more. Please note that Mt. Vernon and the neighboring village of Gambier are both small towns, so we strongly recommend booking your lodging accommodations as soon as possible.
While Ariel-Foundation Park is 250+ outdoor acres, the Schnormeier Events Center (SEC) is a 17,000 square foot (1,580 square meter) open air building with a roof and columns along the sides supporting it. If we have nice weather, the building functions much like an open air pavilion. If we have inclement weather, glass panels drop down between the columns so that we are protected from the elements.
Our lives are currently in transition, so we do not have a traditional wedding registry. We respectfully request that you refrain from boxed gifts. If you are interested, we do have a very short list of group gift contributions available at: www.zola.com/registry/teamzeggu
