Steamboat is a great town, with lots of things to keep you busy,, from parasailing to alpine slides. Here are a few of our recommended restaurants and activities for the weekend.

On Saturday there is a farmer's market from 9am-2pm. Might be a great way to spend the morning and taste some local fare before getting ready for party time. It is downtown between 7th and 8th street on Yampa. This is not too far fromteh Hawelson Beach vollweyball courts where we'll host the welcome party.

This is a great hike not too far out of town and great for all levels. Might be a fun Friday or saturday morning activity

Amazing Mexican food!! We recommend the cauliflower taco, shredded lamb taco, and the shrimp enchiladas. Oh, and margaritas and sunshine. They also have a really good green salsa to go with their house made chips. Nom.

The opposite of Rootz and equally delicious in its own way. Treat yourself to some nice foot and wine here. A bit pricey, but a great experience. We love this place!
