One of Texas’ most visited historic sites, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza chronicles the life, death and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. Timed tickets can be purchased in advance at jfk.org.
Reunion Tower
You may recognize this place from our engagement story. This is where Clint proposed on December 22, 2017. The all-new GeO-Deck offers guests unparalleled views of Dallas through high-definition zoom cameras and an interactive digital-touch screen display, which lets guests see and engage with Dallas in new ways.
Dallas Zoo
The largest zoological experience in Texas, the 106-acre Dallas Zoo offers fun, educational and entertaining experiences for the whole family. For alternative transportation to the Dallas Zoo, consider the DART Red Line, which delivers guests to the Zoo's front entrance.
The Dallas World Aquarium
The adventure at The Dallas World Aquarium begins at the top of the rainforest exhibit, where exotic birds can be seen. The aquarium portion displays interesting marine life, including Japanese crabs, jellyfish, Leafy, Weedy and Ribbon seadragons.
Deep Ellum
This former warehouse district is now a funky nightlife and shopping area. It is the brides favorite area in Dallas because it reminds her of her hometown, Buffalo, NY.
Dallas Museum Of Art
One of our favorite places for a day date. Established in 1903, this prestigious art venue features a wide selection of art exhibits, from Ancient Mediterranean to Contemporary Art and Design. Directly across is Klyde Warren Park, a great place to enjoy food trucks and a stroll.

The White Sparrow wedding barn venue located in Quinlan, Texas it is not too far from the DFW metroplex. The white barn’s rustic charm is breathtaking in its idyllic natural setting amidst impressive oaks and lush gardens. This vintage Dallas wedding venue is a charming gem tucked away into the natural landscape. Just a 40 minute drive from downtown Dallas will transport you from urban hubbub to countryside getaway.
