Chelsea & Jess met on January 23, 2011 in Winston Salem at a work happy hour. They realized they didn't know anyone else in Winston and said to each other, "we don't know anyone else here, we should be friends". They totally girl crushed on each other, and have been best friends ever since. They have followed each other around from NC to MD and back for most of the last 9 years. They've run 2 half marathons together (during one, they wore matching outfits and people cheered for them as the "blonde twins"), several 5ks and a 6k. Jess & Chelsea always have supported each other, through many major life events, and have offered each other positivity and advice. Jess lives in Raleigh with her husband Rick, their sweet children Banks & Gemma; their dogs Maverick & Conan & their kitty Eggplant!
Munashe Margarira

Munashe (Muna) and Jordan met in 2007 during their sophomore year of college at UNC. Muna and Jordan were both dating girls at the time who happened to be roommates. The girls decided to dump them on the same day, which kicked off an incredible friendship that will last a lifetime. Muna and Jordan have maintained a close relationship since college, spending time together in Wilmington, Charlotte, and Durham, as well as traveling together around the US. Muna is known for his kind heart, humor, and unmistakable laugh. He and his wife Kathleen live in Durham with their dog Sugar.
Alissa Thayer

Alissa and Chelsea met in 2006 when Chelsea visited Mount St. Mary's University on a tennis recruiting trip. They were lucky enough to be teammates there for 3 years, supporting each other through many tennis matches and seasons. They made tons of banana chocolate chip pancakes together and have been to 3 Ultra Music Festivals together, and lots of other DJ shows. They have been known to mail each other envelopes that are just full of glitter ;) Alissa lives in Washington DC!
(Jon) Achorn

Achorn's first name is actually Jon and his last name is Achorn, but he has been called Achorn by Jordan since they met in college (since Achorn is obviously a way cooler name). Although they met in college, they didn't become good friends until Achorn moved to Charlotte and Jordan began visiting him and crashing on his couch. Chelsea and Jordan now spend plenty of evenings having game nights with Achorn and his fiance Katy. Achorn is both the elder of the friend group by age and by bedtime. He and Katy live in Charlotte, NC.
Ashley Turner

Ashley and Chelsea met in 2014 when they both started new jobs at Red Ventures (RV) in Charlotte NC on the recruiting team (Human Capital team at that time!). They had a blast as coworkers and were roommates on the RV company trip for 3 years. They supported each other as their careers took them both outside of RV and have stayed really close. Now you can usually find them going for walks (fast) around CLT or out dancing. They got roasted at their first company trip (1,000 people) for adding so much BLONDE to the recruiting team! Ashley lives in Charlotte NC!
Justin Harris

Justin is Jordan's older brother by almost 7 years. After several early years of tormenting each other, as brothers do, they began to bond as they grew older. They now share similar passions of music, travel, and tech. Justin lives plays in the band Sun June, who regularly tours across the US. Justin lives in Austin, TX, where he records music, codes, and eats tacos.
Carly Place

Carly and Chelsea met in 2008 on Carly's tennis recruiting trip to Mount St. Mary's. They were teammates for 2 years, and then got to spend a 3rd year together at the Mount when Chelsea came back to coach and Carly was a senior. They have many wonderful memories together, both on and off the court - from playing many games of BUMP to spring breaks in Florida to dinners at Disney to Orlando bar crawls. They share a great love for the beach, sunshine and Wawa. Even though they live far apart, they are always there for one another. Carly lives in Florida with her husband Taylor (also a former Mount tennis player!!) and their adorable dog Lacey!
Shaun Shah

If you haven't met Shaun yet, you will. Shaun is one of the most social people on this planet. Jordan met Shaun in 2015 when he needed a spot to crash for a few months. A few months turned into a few years and the two became great friends. They have shared many adventures and funny stories together. Shaun currently lives in one of his townhomes in Charlotte.

Cat and Chelsea met in 2017 while sharing a desk at work during their tenures at Red Ventures. They became friends instantly and bonded over everything from their similar and unconventional perspectives on life and work to their shared adoration of cats to smoothie recipes. They have shared tons of great yoga classes, brunches, walks and talks on life and fabulous double dates. Their time together has been rich with thoughtful conversation even though they now live far apart. Cat lives in San Francisco with her husband John, their sweet daughter Paloma and their adorable kitties, Hugo and Elliott!
Steve Kwon

Steve and Jordan met in 2011 during their sophomore year of college at UNC when they were studying for accounting exams. The two began to hang out and eventually roomed with each other senior year of college. They have remained friends throughout this time and have taken plenty of trips and watched many sporting events together. Steve lives with his wife Brigitte in Charlotte.
Dana Reinert

Dana and Chelsea have been friends since 1992, when they were 4 years old! They lived 5 minutes apart and grew up like sisters, supporting each other through thick and thin. They were homeschooled together, and loved doing everything from drawing and "selling" pictures to each other to writing stories to Oreo flip dances, to taking day trips to the beach as soon as they got their licenses, visiting each other while at college and everything in between. They've had many great memories together in PA, MD, Charleston, Seattle and DC. Dana now lives in Seattle with her adorable kitty Sven!
Vincent Dungan

Vincent and Jordan have been good friends since childhood, where they both attended Claxton Elementary school in Asheville. The two grew closer during their college years at UNC and they traveled together with their friend Max to Australia in the Fall of 2010. Vincent lived in China for over 5 years, where he met his now wife, LianLian, and even though Vincent and Jordan were apart during those years, they never missed a beat when reconnecting. They now work together at the same company, ViscoSoft. Vincent and his wife LianLian live in Charlotte.
Jess Regester

Jess and Chelsea met in 2009 at Mount St. Mary's, when they were both looking for apartment-mates and a place to live the following year. During their roomie time, they baked (and ate) lots of cookies together and hosted a lot of parties (where they beat everyone else at beer pong and danced a lot). They've had many great times together in MD, CLT, Nashville, Atlanta and in the mountains. Jess is always willing to drive out of her way to take Chelsea to Wawa when she comes to visit <3 Jess is always looking out for Chelsea - the first time Jess met Jordan at a brewery, she polled the people around them about him. Of course they all only had good things to say and Jess & Jordan have become great friends too. Jess lives in MD with her husband Nick and their sweet son Connor!
Zach Johnson

Zach happens to be the brother of Chelsea, but he quickly became a good friend of Jordan's. Zach and Jordan both share a love for tech, good food, and rock climbing, but Zach takes it to another level. Zach is a masterful cook and an incredible rock climber. He has also inspired Jordan to travel the world. Zach lives in AirBnb's around the world, but you can currently find him in Durango, CO.
Katy Achorn

Katy and Chelsea met in 2018, shortly after Chelsea and Jordan started dating; they met through Jordan as Katy was dating (and is now married to!) Jon Achorn (groomsmen and longtime friend of Jordan’s). Katy and Chelsea hit it off immediately with their shared love of books, cats and Bath and Body Works candles and they quickly became lifelong friends. Katy’s positivity, kind heart and sense of humor (and amazing knack at finding the best Instagram memes) always brighten Chelsea’s day. Katy lives with her husband Jon (Achorn) in Charlotte, NC with their sweet kitty Fitzy!
Jonathan (Jon-ton) Nicholas

Jon-ton and Jordan became friends during college and have spent lots of time together having fun in Charlotte. Jon-ton has a house in Charlotte and a dog who's name is also Charlotte. He patrols the streets of Charlotte late at night as a police officer. Unfortunately he will not be attending the wedding due to a prior commitment to his cousin's wedding, who's wedding date is also 10/10/2020.
LianLian Chen

LianLian and Chelsea met in 2018, shortly after Chelsea and Jordan started dating; they actually met through Jordan as LianLian is married to Vincent Dungan (groomsman and childhood friend of Jordan's). Chelsea and LianLian have quickly become dear friends and have shared tons of game nights, summer concerts, funny voicemails, brunches, yoga and sunsets together since then. Her kind heart and sharp wit won Chelsea over :) LianLian lives with her husband Vincent in Seattle!
Luke

Luke is often sleepy and also very loud especially when he is hungry. He won't be attending the wedding in cat (in person) but he'll be there in spirit. We love our Lukie very very much and he makes every day a joy.

Leia is very smart and very particular. She's also very cute and she knows it. Leia also won't be attending the wedding in cat but will be there in spirit. She is our sweetest little princess and we love her tons.
