We have reserved a block of rooms under Stone & Teal Family for March 20-22, 2020. Please contact the hotel directly to book your room and receive the discounted price of $109 per night guest rooms / $129 per night suites. There will be a welcome dinner on Friday, March 20th for our out of town guests that will be held at the hotel's York Meeting Room.

Charlotte Douglas Airport

Charlotte is the hub for American Airlines, but all the major airlines fly into Charlotte, NC. The hotel is about a 25 minute ride. You can Uber or Lyft from the airport for typically less than $30.

This is a new hotel close by the Hampton Inn. We really loved the rooms at this hotel as they are pretty modern loft.

Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Fort Mill, SC

This hotel is close by. We tried to book a block of rooms but the hotel informed us that there was a cheerleading competition using most of the hotel space. So if you are a Mariott person, please book early. This is over the interstate from the Hampton Inn.

Travel Note

Area Information

The Hampton Inn and other hotels listed are within 15 minutes of Uptown Charlotte, as well as being close to the Wedding Venue. Interstate 77 can take you north into Charlotte, or south to Rock Hill. Traffic does get pretty heavy during peak times of the day, so plan accordingly. Our Charlotte Area has so much to offer so we encourage you to explore, and please go to local places as we love supporting our area businesses. If you love history, there are some historical homes and battlefields in the area, plus great museums. If you like gardens, Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens is very beautiful. A lot of people flock to the Charlotte Area because of the Brewery Scene with over 50 locally owned and operated.
