Flight

Philadelphia International Airport

For all those coming from out of town, we recommend flying into Philadelphia International Airport and taking a ride share or taxi to the hotels (about a 15-25 drive depending on traffic). Please remember to update your license to the REAL ID as the deadline for traveling domestically with this ID type is May 7, 2025. There's also plenty of rental car options at the airport if you'd prefer to have a car for yourself for the weekend.

Flight

Newark Liberty International Airport

You can also fly into Newark Airport and either rent a car to drive from there (about 1.5-2 hours) or take the train. Please remember to update your license to the REAL ID as the deadline for traveling domestically with this ID type is May 7, 2025.

Train

30th Street Station

Amtrak runs from Newark Airport into 30th Street Station in Philadelphia every 1.5 to 2 hours on the Northeast Regional line, though you can get here from lots of other origins on Amtrak. The best part? The 30th Street Station is right across the river from our venue! You can walk over the bridge to get there. If you decide to take the train, we recommend booking that in advance so you can lock in much cheaper tickets.
