**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT HOTELS**

WE DID NOT REALIZE WHEN WE SET OUR WEDDING DATE THAT IT WOULD BE THE WEEK OF THE HIGH POINT FURNITURE MARKET. THIS LOCAL EVENT TYPICALLY LEADS TO AN INFLUX OF PEOPLE TO THE CITIES OF GREENSBORO AND HIGH POINT, CAUSING PRICE GAUGING OF HOTELS IN THE AREA AND A SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN LODGING AVAILABILITY. WE DID OUR BEST TO INCLUDE ONLY HOTELS THAT HAD AVAILABILITY, WERE WITHIN 40 MINUTES OF THE WEDDING VENUE, AND WERE WHAT WE CONSIDER REASONABLY PRICED. AS A RESULT, MANY ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF GREENSBORO.

The most budget-friendly option on the list, Rodeway Inn and Suites is a motel that offers individual rooms and suite-style rooms with couches. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. The hotel is pet friendly, and is located 25 minutes from the venue. Rooms will cost about $160 per night the weekend of the wedding.

A popular chain brand, the Holiday Inn is reliable and offers plenty of space and a variety of amenities. NOTE: Rooms are limited in this location. Located 20 minutes from the venue, rooms average about $230 per night.

The Drury Inn is a hotel chain that offers a more intimate hotel experience. In addition to continental breakfast, they offer complementary "kickback" each day from 5:30-7PM, which includes up to 2 free drinks per guest and a variety of hot snacks. Excellent for guests looking to have as many of their needs met in-house as possible! The Drury Inn is located about 40 minutes from the wedding venue. Rooms average about $220 per night.

A basic option, this hotel offers single and double beds at a reasonable price for the season and location. Continental breakfast is provided, and this hotel is pet friendly! Located about 20 minutes southeast of the Wedding Venue, this hotel is the closest of the listed options to Greensboro. Rooms at the Hampton Inn are about $250 per night.

This local Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of Downtown Greensboro. A homey, cozily decorated space, this local business offers 4 different rooms for couples or single guests to choose from. This downtown location places the Greenwood close to anything in the city, but still about 20 minutes from the wedding venue. Greenwood B&B's rooms average about $190 per night the weekend of our wedding.

A historic Bed and Breakfast, this beautifully refurbished home provides a unique place to stay while here in town. Three bright and spacious rooms are available for any couples or single guests looking for a more historic flair to their stay. The Daily Renewal is located about 30 minutes from the wedding venue. Prices for this B&B average at $260 per night.
