Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, but if gate is locked or 73-space parking lot is full, feel free to park along Hwy 89 outside entrance. There is a large dirt lot just past the Valhalla Tahoe sign. Overnight parking is not allowed inside the gate. Cars can be left overnight outside the gate in the dirt lot at the owner’s own risk. Try your best to carpool if possible. While we're excited to celebrate with you, we ask that you do not drink and drive. Please plan ahead and celebrate responsibly. Lets all get home safely

Will be ceremony/reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outside. Dancing will be held inside.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

YES! We are going to have something happening throughout the week & weekend. Check out the "schedule" tab on our website & please RSVP if you're able to attend anything!

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please give yourself time to find a seat & get comfortable. We would advise at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of 4:00pm. We will have the bar available beginning at 3:15 for "sip + sit" prior to the ceremony beginning with service stopping at 3:40.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi formal & cocktail hour attire. The wedding party will be in summer brights and feel free to join in on the vibrant colors vibes. Prepare for a jacket once the sun goes down! We will have heaters for dinner. (as long as you can bust a move on the dance floor!!)
