Prepare to bring whatever necessary for a beach day (snacks, drinks, chairs, towels, etc) *please carpool to the best of your ability. Parking is very limited & $10 CASH per car*

Truckee River Rafting

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Pricing Breakdown: Adults (Ages 13+) $70 Kids (Ages 6-12) $40 Tots (Ages 2-5) Free! *soft coolers are welcomed with snacks & drinks (No Glass)* The trip is 5 miles, and can take anywhere from 2-3 hours, depending on the river flow, and how often you choose to stop along the way. 2 years old is the youngest we allow on the river. Pregnant women and elderly are not advised to raft, as the river can be jarring and bumpy at times. https://www.truckeeriverrafting.com * we will leave to head there around 9AM and be back around 4PM*

Welcome Event

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

THEME: Love at Lake Level so feel to wear any of your best blues ! Come celebrate with us the night before for some drinks and quality time. We will be providing light apps & first few rounds of drinks. *The full menu/entrees will be available for purchase*

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual Attire

There are only 72 parking spots - please carpool if possible. Please arrive by 3:15 for a Sip + Sit opportunity (bar will be open for beers/seltzers with full bar available following the ceremony). The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM sharp if you could please find a seat by 3:45PM.

Brunch

11:30 am - 1:30 pm

The Chatwin family is opening up their home to come relax & have some brunch. After we have a final head count we will most likely purchase a bunch of breakfast burritos, fruit, muffins and have them ready at the house.
