Once upon a swipe... In a world where dating apps ruled, Taylor swiped right on Logan’s Hinge profile. The reason? In one of Logan’s photos, he was proudly rocking a 49ers jersey at a Niners game—a clear sign he was worth getting to know. What started with a simple message led to a first date at Milagros in downtown Redwood City. From the very first margarita (or was it the chips and salsa?), something just clicked. But their love story wasn’t without its challenges—like surviving two whole years of "long-distance" dating. Logan was living his best beach-town life in Pacifica, while Taylor was thriving in the suburbs of Walnut Creek, making weekend meetups feel like long-haul journeys (okay, maybe just across the Bay, but still!). Between traffic, bridge tolls, and lots of FaceTime calls, they made it work. After two years of Peninsula vs. East Bay suburb debates, Taylor finally convinced Logan to trade in the fog for sunshine! Now, they’ve built a home together, enjoying the perks of suburban life—warmer weather, more space, and an outdoor TV :) Taylor and Logan are true yin and yang—Logan would happily sleep under the stars, while Taylor refuses to sleep anywhere without a roof. Logan loves outdoor activities like golfing and fishing, while Taylor is perfectly content relaxing at a nearby spa. When they first met, Taylor was a wild child with a social battery of 1000%, always planning the next adventure, while Logan cherished his quiet weekends at home, decompressing from the week. Over time, they found a perfect balance—a mix of nights out and cozy nights in, adventure and relaxation, golf days and spa days, chaos and calm. Their little family includes their two beloved pups: Loki, Logan’s adventurous Mini Aussie, and Miles, Taylor’s lovable (and slightly spoiled) Cavapoo. By day, Logan works in San Mateo as the Alumni Director at Serra, while Taylor is making waves in the startup world as an HR Business Partner. They share a love for traveling (Taylor is working on the whole flying thing), eating delicious food, their faith in Christianity, spending time with family and friends, rewatching The Office, and, of course, screaming at the TV during every 49ers game. On May 28th, 2022, Logan asked Taylor to be his girlfriend. Exactly four years later, on May 28th, 2026 (yes, we know it’s a Thursday!), they’ll say “I do” and officially become husband and wife. What started with a right swipe has turned into a lifelong adventure, and they can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all the people who have cheered them on along the way.
