Tatiana and Ashes became friends first on Twitter during the COVID days. Eventually she decided to take a trip to the Hoh National Rainforest and stopped to visit Tatiana on the way. It was their first time meeting and also happened to be her birthday, so Ashes brought some gifts along with her and the rest is history. Distance has never had a negative impact on their friendship and Ashes and Tatiana have both been able to make tremendous growth as individuals, together which has strengthened their bond in many ways. Ashes looks forward to the many future memories she'll be able to make with Tatiana.

As the brother of the groom, he has never not known Scott! They were introduced when Tim was born in 1994 and they've been partners in crime ever since! Tim teaches in Austin, but regardless of the distance they remain close.

Brayden met Tatiana when he was a sales rep that sold products to the dispensary she worked at in Scappoose, Oregon. When he was walking out after a visit at the dispensary Tatiana yelled "Yo nice pinecone!" from across the store, that led to a whole conversation about music festivals! The friendship blossomed after that and she eventually brought him along to the first music festival she ever played!

Clayton met Scott at a party they were both DJing at in college while Scott attended the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio and Clayton attended University of Texas in Austin.

Effy met Tatiana about 3 years ago. They met through Effy's partner Brayden (also in the wedding party), who had become friends with Tatiana first. Tatiana moved to Denver relatively soon after having met Effy, but Effy's first trip to visit really solidified their friendship into the lifelong bond it is today! She is a little bit younger than Tatiana, so being taken under her wing makes her feel more like a sibling than a younger friend!

Zack met Scott through Mike after they moved to Denver during the pandemic at the end of 2020. They became close after working together with Mike on a project called The Barooka Project (their duo DJ/Producer alias)!

After becoming friends on Twitter, they finally met in person at a music festival in 2021. As their friendship blossomed, Kaleigh eventually introduced Scott and Tatiana, assisting in the love story we will celebrate in October!

Rain met Scott through a mutual friend when he unexpectedly needed a place to stay. At the time, she never would have guessed that temporary arrangement would turn into six years of friendship, shared homes, and countless memories. Not long after, Scott met Tatiana, and before they knew it she had become part of our home too. Over the years, she’s had the privilege of watching their relationship grow from the very beginning. Living together for so long has meant sharing all the ordinary moments of life, and through those moments she’s come to appreciate them both in different ways. Somewhere along the way, they stopped feeling like roommates and started feeling like family. She feels incredibly lucky to have shared so much life with them and to have had a front-row seat to their story.

Little did they know that fateful night would birth their legendary DJ duo, Doctor Dubz and Scotty Cruz and the rest is history!

Brooke met Scott and Tatiana all by chance. A mutual friend asked if Scott could crash on her couch while he was visiting, which eventually led to him moving to Colorado. Not long after, Brooke met Tatiana, and they instantly bonded. It was solidified over a day of playing music together in a rustic cabin in the mountains. What began as a chance encounter became a choice to remain in each other's lives, and over the years they have become family. Brooke is so honored and elated to celebrate this next chapter with them.
