Please RSVP on this website under the RSVP tab by September 1st! September 1st is a hard deadline. The bride and groom need to give final head counts to various vendors and the venue. If there is no RSVP for you submitted by that date, the couple will assume you are respectfully declining the invitation to the wedding. Your diligence in making sure you RSVP before the deadline is greatly appreciated!
The dress code is formal. Think suits, nice jackets, slacks, ties, longer dresses, skirts, blouses, pantsuits, just be dressed up and looking your best! The bride has requested that everyone steers clear of bright colors and stick to an earthy/fall palette, and of course, ABSOLUTELY NO WHITE.
If a plus one has been accounted for for you, the invitation will be addressed to the both of you. If it is only addressed to you, please only bring your lovely self to the festivities.
There is not pre-organized transportation, but the bride and groom urge you to carpool or use Uber or Lyft with ample time to make it to the venue on time!
Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be held on the grounds of the Fairmount Cemetery in Denver and parking will be available there.
The wedding will start promptly at 5pm. Doors will close to the chapel, and the couple expects everyone to be seated, by 4:55pm to ensure the ceremony is not interrupted. If you do arrive late, you will kindly be asked to wait outside the cocktail hour/reception building until the ceremony ends and the cocktail hour begins. Please be on time so the bride and groom can celebrate the special day with all of you!
Yes, absolutely. The bride and groom have provided a full bar, but do expect guests to tip their bartenders! There will be a variety of options as well as two craft cocktail options. We do want to note and request that everyone drink responsibly if you do choose to drink. Of course the bride and groom want everyone to celebrate their day with them, but they don't want anything turning into a rager!
This is a CHILD FREE wedding. The bride and groom love your little ones, but for everyone's safety they would like to celebrate with family members 18 years old and older only.
The bride and groom have decided to have two food trucks come to the venue to supply the food! There will be a Greek food truck (Samos Grill), and a BBQ food truck (Big Belly Bros BBQ)! A grazing table will also be provided during cocktail hour and through the reception that will include different meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, fresh veggies and a few different spreads/jams.
Yes! Please send any and all food allergy information and/or requests to the wedding planner at snakeeyescollective@gmail.com!
