When she's not teaching, you may find her beautifying her and Joey's home with a DIY project, cozying up with a book or cutting a rug on a dance floor

Hailing from Central New York, Joey has been laughing at his own jokes since he learned to speak. Lucky for him, he's been able to put this talent to use through his work as a copywriter. Even luckier, he met someone who's funnier than him — and so he's marrying her. He is the best cat dad in Brooklyn, and he cleans up nice in some peak lapels.

Corey and Joey met in high school and stayed best friends through college and beyond. Never more than a phone call away, Corey is a reliable voice of reason and humor in Joey's (and now Tas's) life.

Sam and Joey met at Syracuse University but became best friends in Brooklyn. The Paul Pierce of emotional intelligence, Sam provides a sense of balance to Joey and Tas's life.

Joey's youngest sister, Carrie is wise beyond her years. She's also always down to party, whether in Buffalo, Syracuse, or Brooklyn.

The middle sibling of the Cosco family, Katie is the glue that holds the fam together. She more than makes up for her small stature with her big heart and sense of humor.

Friends since middle school, Bronwyn and Tas have a friendship that’s spanned decades. Though she holds it down in the Southwest, Bronwyn makes her annual pilgrimage to NYC to host her iconic Roosevelt Island game night, which Tas and Joey proudly never miss.
Mercy Ward

Mercy and Tas found each other freshman year and have been twin flames ever since. From college roommates to NYC, no dance floor has met a match like these two. Though Mercy now lives in LA (traitor), Tas misses her every day and couldn’t imagine the big day without her.

Mary and Tas became fast friends during their junior year at Trinity College. After graduation, Mary convinced Tas to move to Brooklyn post-grad and was her first (and one of her best) roommates in the city.

Both Trinity alums, Tas and Sarah didn’t truly meet until NYC — and thank goodness they did. Sarah is one of Tas’s ride-or-dies, a neighbor, a lifeline, and the proud mom of two cuties who fondly refer to Tas and Joey as “Tía Tas and Uncle Joey.”

Fried and Tas met in a hip hop class but didn’t become friends until Tas started teaching — and Fried became her mentor, teammate, and forever dance partner. These two have tackled classrooms, dance studios, and life together.

Hayley and Tas have been co-teachers for the last three years. Hayley is the work wife to balance Joey’s home game, indulging Tas’s bookworm tendencies. She’s the steady calm in the school-day storm, to say the least.

During their time at Trinity College, Will "Snacks" and Tas bonded over their shared love of neuroscience as well as their general nerdiness. Today, Snacks and Joey also nerd out together over clothes, sports, movies, and more.
