Question
What time should I arrive and where do I park for the ceremony?
Answer
2:30 pm - allocate time for parking (ceremony starts at 3 pm). There's a dirt road that leads right to the ceremony location. Parking attendants will be there to guide you and a golf cart is available.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Please wear semi-formal, cocktail wedding attire (i.e. no blue jeans). The venue is entirely outdoors, but under the trees and on patted down dirt (e.g., long dresses may get dusty). Consider bringing a light jacket for the reception as it will get cooler after sunset.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
There will be gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free, and nut free options. But if you need other accommodations please let us know ASAP and we can confirm with the caterers.

September 7, 2024 This will help us coordinate with the vendors about final guest counts and planning.

There are several Airbnb's in the area and a room block with Riviera Oaks a Hilton vacation property.

Are there any other events for the wedding weekend?

Please see our wedding schedule for events to visit with Andrew and Corinne from Thursday night to Sunday afternoon.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to a limit on the limited venue space, we cannot accommodate everyone's children. Please let us know by September 5th if you need an exception due to traveling circumstances and we will add them to your RSVP list.

Can I bring a date?

Please reference your RSVP card, which should list all the names of individuals in your party. Unfortunately, with limited space we cannot accomodate more than the invited guests.

What is happening for the rehearsal dinner?
Answer
Due to the high number of out of town guests we are limiting the rehearsal dinner to our wedding party. However, we invite those from out of town to come visit with us afterwards for some games and snacks (8-10 pm) - see the RSVP section of the website for more details on these events.
