The Strathallan Rochester Hotel & Spa - a DoubleTree by Hilton

We will have a shuttle running to and from the Strathallan to the venue at The Wintergarden by Monroe’s for guests convenience. Rooms are blocked for Friday, January 11th and Saturday, January 12th. Please use code MRW when booking over the phone or online to ensure room rate. Standard rooms with one king are $169 per night and Suite rooms with one king and kitchenette are $179 per night. There will be a $10 additional fee for double Queen rooms. Room reservations must be made by 5:00pm on the evening of December 14th, 2018 to lock in room rate. Room rates are net, non commissionable and are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 14%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting. Rates for guest rooms are based on double occupancy. Guest room types are based on availability.
