Transportation to and from venue

Answer

We have arranged a shuttle through the hotel to take guests from the Strathallen to the venue from the where the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be taking place. The shuttle will also bring guests back the hotel towards the end of the evening. If you would like to visit any other locations please arrange for your own transportation. Car companies such as Uber and Lift do service the Rochester area.

Parking at the venue

Answer

If you are attending the festivities but do not plan to spend the evening overnight, there is a parking garage located adjacent to the venue. Rates may vary depending on the length of your stay. Due to inclement weather, street parking is not recommended.

Answer

Considering how blessed we are to have so many friends and family members, we have decided to have an adult only wedding. If you decide to have your children stay with you at your hotel room, we request you find alternate arrangements for their care while the wedding ceremony and reception is taking place. We appreciate your understanding.

Family style meal

Answer

The reception meal will be served family style. This means that each table will receive a beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes as well as sides to be passed around. We can never pick just one so we didn’t want you to have to either! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know so we can accommodate alternative options.
