Hiking is great around Horsetooth Reservoir. There are a number of trails to hike ranging from moderate to difficult. The views are breathtaking and workout is amazingly fun.

New Belgium Brewing Company
Daily from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Daily food truck. Dogs are welcome on a leash. Tour de New Belgium: Reserve tour tickets online. They book up quickly. Tours are 90 minutes long. They start at 11:30 a.m. and leave every hour until 4:30 p.m. Beer sampling will occur during your tour.
