Quick Update for our Guests! Thank you so much for your patience! We recently learned that the original booking link had an issue. The good news is that we still have 17 rooms available in our block. You are able to use the link, just adjust the number of rooms you’d like to reserve and the number of guests at the top of the reservation page! You’re welcome to continue using the link while they try to get it fixed, but to make things easier, you can also book by calling the hotel directly or by contacting our wonderful coordinator, Lori, at 904-386-2012 (call or text) at any time. We’ve reserved a block of 20 rooms for our out of town guests at a hotel conveniently located near the Jacksonville Airport—and as close to the venue as possible! Rooms are available at a special discounted rate of $139 per night. Each room is a spacious King Suite featuring its own kitchenette for easy in-room meals, and there’s a pool on-site for anyone who wants to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers a complimentary on-demand airport shuttle for added convenience. The room block is available January 15–19, 2026. If you’d like to stay outside of these dates, you’ll need to book those specific dates separately through the hotel at their standard rates. Although Florida has a lot of airports to offer, JAX is the closest to the venue and all Jacksonville has to offer. Note: most airlines fly into JAX, make sure to check your preferred airline.
