What time should I arrive?

Answer

We're thrilled to have you join our wedding celebration! The venue gates will open at 2:00 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive by 2:30 PM, with the ceremony beginning at 3:00 PM sharp. Please be aware that once the ceremony starts, the gates will remain closed until it concludes. Since the event is on a Saturday, we recommend allowing extra travel time to ensure you arrive comfortably. Enjoy the pre-ceremony music as you anticipate the start of our special day. For those unable to attend the ceremony, you're welcome to join us for the Cocktail Hour at 4:00 PM, followed by the Reception from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that you put away your phones and cameras during our ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present and share in the magic of our special moment. Our professional photographer will beautifully capture every detail, which we'll be excited to share with you later. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to snap away during the reception—we can't wait to see all of your wonderful memories!

We're delighted to offer a full open bar at our wedding celebration! We kindly ask that you enjoy responsibly and tip our hardworking bartenders. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted, and we request that all guests help us maintain a fun and safe environment for everyone to enjoy.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the beautiful Florida outdoors, where we can't wait to celebrate with you. While we're hoping for perfect sunshine, January weather in Florida can be wonderfully unpredictable. We recommend bringing a light jacket or layering your outfit to ensure you're comfortable throughout our special day.

Our wedding calls for semi-formal attire. Gentlemen should plan to wear a suit, while ladies are invited to choose mid-length or floor-length dresses. As a gentle reminder, we kindly request that guests avoid wearing white of any kind.

While we appreciate your love for our animal friends, we kindly request that guests do not enter the enclosures or interact directly with the animals. This policy helps ensure the safety and comfort of both our guests and the animals at the venue.

We kindly request that you only bring the guests specifically named on your wedding invitation. This includes not bringing additional plus-ones, children, or other guests who are not individually listed.
