To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
Think "forest formal" - rustic, nature-inspired, but elegant. We ask that guests abide by tradition in avoiding white and red. The venue is outdoors and spans from a valley, to the top of a hill, so please be cognizant of footwear, though there will be a shuttle service for guests at all hours throughout the venue.
Please arrive at Roxbury Barn and Estate promptly at 4:00PM EST. The venue is outdoors and some onsite transit will be required to reach the ceremony location from the entrance, either by walking, or the venue's shuttle service.
Yes - guests enter and leave the property through the main entrance on 615 County Road 41, where a parking attendant will welcome you. There’s parking space for approximately 60 cars. Drivers, in solid 4×4 six-seater carts, pick guests up in the parking area and drive everyone to the hilltop pavilion, where things take off. (Drivers will keep driving any guests anywhere on the property for the rest of the event.)
No -- please be aware that there is no Uber service in the Catskills. We are setting up a shuttle service to accommodate for this (more information to come), but ask that guests plan to drink responsibly and coordinate with designated drivers to and from the venue.
Please refer to our "Travel" section, which includes hotel and Airbnb recommendations.
No -- we will not be doing a wedding registry. We will be providing a card box and red envelopes at the wedding for those who wish to give monetary gifts to the newlyweds.
