Thank you for coming out to Long Island for our special day! If you choose to drive, either the Long Island Expressway or the Northern State Parkway to 347 will get you there between 2 and 3 hours from the city, depending on traffic (that fickle beast). Mass transit will take between 2 1/2 and 2 3/4 hours from the city depending on your home borough. Driving Directions: For GPS directions, enter 71 Old Post Road, Mount Sinai NY. The entrance to Crystal Brook Park Association (pictured above) is across from this address . It is a narrow lane with an open, white gate. Yes, there are some fancy signs that say, “Private”. Yes, this is where you are going. Take an immediate left onto Appledore and park in the field. From there a complementary shuttle will take you to the chapel and clubhouse to attend the ceremony and reception. Please see mass transit directions and wedding block information below:

Train

LIRR Port Jefferson Branch

From Astoria, take the N to Queensboro Plaza, transfer to the 7 and take it to Woodside. At Woodside, transfer to the LIRR. From there you will need to transfer at Jamacia and possibly again at Huntington for the Port Jefferson Branch. Ride this out to Port Jefferson Station (last stop). From there a complementary shuttle will take you to the Crystal Brook Park Association. ***** From Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn, take any train line to Jamaica Station. Transfer there to the Port Jefferson Branch and ride out to Port Jefferson Station (last stop). From there a complementary shuttle will take you to the Crystal Brook Park Association.

If you would like to book online, this link should take you straight to our wedding block: https://group.hiltongardeninn.com/vnlngi At the top of the page you can edit your trip for the number of nights and number of people in your party. The last day to book under these rates is Tuesday, March 10th by 5PM. Official check-in is a 4PM, however the hotel is willing to accommodate early check-in as room become available. They will also store baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable. Check out is at noon.
