The Wedding Website of Tina Brunner and Zach Schmidlein
Nestled on the north shore of Long Island, Mount Sinai was once home to riggers, sail makers, and ship carpenters. Now the former grounds of a children's care facility is a housing community who prizes nature and quietude. Approximately two and a half hours from the city, this hamlet provides a gentle getaway from the grind. Feel free to travel in for the day, or stay overnight and travel home on Monday. Whatever suits your needs! We look forward to spending our magical afternoon with you :)

T&Z's Handfasting and Ring Exhange

4:00 pm

The Chapel at Crystal Brook Park Association
Mount Sinai, NY 11766

Welcome to our folk-inspired, shire-eqsue, woodland forray: a long expected party, if you will. Please dress comfortably in semi-formal attire. Medieval trappings would not be out of place, nor would cloaks, capes, lederhosen, traditional folk costumes, flower crowns, or kimono. Wear whatever is right for you and feels special for the day! We do, however, suggest comfortable shoes :)

We are tying the knot in a little chapel tucked away on the forested grounds of the Crystal Brook Park Association. We would be delighted for you to join our small gathering of family and close friends. This is special place with a loving history, and we look forward to sharing it with you. Please be aware the building lacks temperature control, as it is a historic, wooden structure. Select pews are reserved for family and the wedding party.

Reception at the Clubhouse

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The Clubhouse at the Crystal Brook Park Association
Mount Sinai, NY 11766

After our ceremony, we invite you to celebrate in a historic, Appalachian style clubhouse complete with porch and rafters! The evening will open with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner, cake cutting, and coffee service. The night's focus will be board games, so please feel free to bring your favorite! There will also be dancing for those who want to get jiggy with it. More details to come! (We are looking into a fire pit...)
