Old Mill District and Deschutes River walking path
On Tali's first visit to Bend, walking the Deschutes River Trail helped Tali fall in love with Bend. Beautiful and scenic, this is a great area for afternoon walks and bike rides. In addition to the walking path, there are many great restaurants and shopping.
Smith Rock State Park
Located around 40 minutes north of Bend, this is one of the most sought after and scenic location in Oregon. This is Tali and Devin's favorite hike with breathtaking views!
Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint
Pilot Butte is located at the Orchard District, very close to our wedding venue. It is a very popular location for hikes and views over the Bend area. It is Bend's landmark and it stands tall in the middle of town and provides sweeping views of the area. We spent a lot of afternoons hiking it as we used to live walking distance! Note: there is a road you can drive to the top.
Tumalo Falls via Tumalo Creek Trail
This is one of the most famous waterfalls in Bend and luckily visitors are able to hike to the viewpoint for an incredible experience. Devin took Tali here in her first visit to Bend and she was hooked!
Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails
We come here to celebrate certain occasions or just enjoy food and cocktails with friends. Needless to say, this is one of our favorite restaurants in Bend.
The Sparrow Bakery Northwest
As some of you know, Tali is obsessed with bakeries. She loves sweets so much she once flew to Belgium just for the waffles. This is one of Bend's best bakeries. If you visit, please get their signature ocean roll, you won't regret it!
Devil's Lake
Located at the foot of the South Sister mountain, enjoy the breathtaking views and the blue-green water that makes this lake so special. We love coming here with our paddleboards during the summer or just for a fun picnic.

Food Carts
Food carts became extremely popular in Bend. A few of our favorites: - On Tap - The Yacht Club (if you are up to try Israeli food, get a Shawarma or Sabich from Shimshon)
Hayden Homes Amphitheater
Look for a concert while you are in town! Typically, over this weekend there are concerts every night.
