How did you meet the bride? I met this wonderful young woman the day she was born. As a child myself I thought how great will it be to have another girl in the family to play with. What are some of your favorite memories of the bride? Throughout the years seeing her shine in everything she wanted to do has been the highlight of remembrance. She has been through trials in life and I believe has become stronger proving to herself she can persevere. What is your advice for the couple? My best advice for these two lovely people would to be benevolent and respectful of each other everyday. I couldn’t be happier for these two. It warms my heart to see their happiness and love for one another. Congratulations little one (Talia) and Josh I can’t wait to see your love grow. Love you both!

How did you meet Josh? It was a glorious, cloudy day on July 12, 1993 & the average temperature was at about 68° F. However, 3 tectonic movements were rocking the world that very day: A 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit the Japanese city of Hokkaido (and no, I’m not talking about the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet restaurant) the dino blockbuster Jurassic Park continued to dominate the box office & a 7-plus lb, 21-inch baby named Joshua Samuel Blank was born. How do I know all this? Well, that’s because I'm his older brother & I was there! Best memories with Josh? Introducing him to AZA, classic films, screenwriting & getting him into R-rated movies when he was underage. Advice for Talia? 1) Make sure Josh never gets wet 2) Never expose Josh to bright light 3) Never feed Josh after midnight

How did you meet Talia? Talia and I met before birth! Our moms knew each other from the JCC and were pregnant together! From preschool to Hebrew school to our weddings! The rest is still unwritten. What is your best memory with Talia? We have too many wonderful memories together to just choose one, but most of them involve sushi or fro yo! What is your advice for Josh? Josh, never go to bed angry and when in doubt Talia is always right!

How do you know Talia? I met Talia at the Hospital. She was very little. She is my sister. Best memory with Talia? The all time favorite fun night we've had together was when I took her to see NSYNC in concert.... just kidding, it was Lifehouse. Ashamed? Perhaps. Fun? Absolutely. What about with Josh? Favorite memory of Josh was that one time, when he DIDN'T mess up... ;) No, being serious- Josh is the only person I've read a book with in the last five years. We read the book out loud together. I can't tell you the name of that book for our safety. Any Advice? Talia is always right. You can only succeed together if you are happy individually. Buy property out of state. Talia is always right. Don't have kids for a few more years. Don't be a Dodger Fan. Oh, and Talia is always right.

How did you meet the bride and groom? I met Josh when I was 8 at the hospital. I knew from the start that he would be trouble. I waited 9 months for him to come & when he arrived, decided he was my baby...even though I was his sister. I met Talia at my daughter's 4th birthday. I knew she was special because she came in to help without asking. Best memories? There are so many memories of Josh- middle school graduation, AZA president, putting on plays at home, and when he came back from March of the Living he was so proud of his accomplishment. I remember going to lunch with Talia and my son, Aiden. She was so good with the baby and it meant so much to see. Advice? There will always be challenges in life, but remember to make your friendship & love a priority. Make time for each other.

How did you meet the bride? I met the bride in college through Kappa Delta Sorority, but our friendship really grew after college :) What is your favorite memory with the bride? My favorite memory with Talia is going to hermosa beach Sharkeez dancing the night away to our favorite 2000s hits, than hitting up lifeguard towers, and lastly ending the night with some food at Norms. Any advice for the groom or couple? Marriage is a relationship in which one person is always right and the other is…a husband! lol! The happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything :)

How did you meet Josh? It all started back on August 27th 2007, I was at our youth group meeting when this small afro bearing kid walks in talking about baseball. What is your best memory with the groom? Too many good memories: San Francisco, Big Bear, watching George Lopez, sleep overs. If I had to pick one it would be our trip to San Francisco. We had a bit too much to drink and my brother tricked me into thinking some shit was going down and I took off running. Josh and the guys spent the rest of the night looking for me. Advice for the couple? Never go to bed angry, every time one of you guys take off the wedding band, the other should put it back on. I.E. Talia, takes off her wedding band, Josh should be the one to put it back on.

How do you know the couple? I met Talia in preschool! We loved hanging out as threenagers. She was my best preschool friend! I met Josh in college. We bonded as we had the same major & are both hilarious. Josh became one of my best friends! Best memory with them? My best memory is when I went to Zumba with them. They had their spots right in the front & center. I was nervous for the class & they were so graceful! Such a fun time moving & grooving! Advice? Josh: Talia has such a great head on her shoulders. Remember to always listen to her, be there for her, & most importantly - accept that she is ALWAYS right! Talia: You have one of the best NJBs! Remember to go out of your way to check in with him about how he's doing, to always laugh at his "funny" jokes, & to be silly with him!

How do you know Josh? I met Josh when he was a lad in BBYO. He was a small kid with braces & the sexiest jew fro. He was the only kid who smiled the whole meeting. Fave memories? Many memories of Joshua Rabbi Blank are from Vegas. One time Josh & Jacob both were singing a Jewish song down the hallway & as we were about to reach the elevator a Rabbi came around the corner & they both screamed "Shabbat Shalom" & started to sing louder. Another was at a Dodger game. Josh stood up to try hype the crowd. He looked like a fool waving his arms & screaming, but he was so happy. Advice for Talia? I don’t think there is much advice. Maybe some good advice is to try not to get in between Josh & his puppy time. He loves puppies almost as much as he loves you. I have faith you will take care of him.

How did you meet the bride? I first met the bride a few hours after I was born. I was a tiny newborn. There was swine flu going around and she just missed the cut off of being old enough to come in and see me so she had to see me through the window. She tells me it was one of the most special days of her life. She says when she found out I was born she stopped her Spanish class to scream because she was so happy! I don't remember that day well, but since, we have shared a lot of memories. What is your favorite memory with the bride? Family gatherings, holidays, and LOTS of teasing each other! What is your advice for the groom? TREAT YOUR WOMAN WELL!

How do you know Josh? I met Josh in Aepi. We had a lot in common- Dodgers, passion for Judaism & one amazing show we enjoyed, Scrubs (a sitcom about 2 doctors, their friendship & finding the loves of their lives). I can undoubtedly say Josh found his. In Josh, I found a true brother/friend who I will cherish forever. Best memory? My best memory would have to be when we created, with Ron, the Random Bar Crew! It allowed us to continue our friendship past AEPi. We had long nights making great memories. Advice? My advice harkens from Scrubs. Nothing in this world that’s worth having comes easy & through the company of others can you get through anything. These 2 go hand in hand- as long as you work hard to keep Talia close & all the love she can give you, can you 2 get through anything.

Sarah is Josh's (and Talia's soon to be) niece. She is the sweetest girl ready to give a hug and kind smile. She loves Frozen, clips in her hair, and playing with her big sister and little brother! One of our favorite memories with Sarah is when we took her to Build a Bear to create her own bear. We even recorded our voice in the bear! We rode the train around and laughed a lot with this wonderful little girl!

Leah is Josh's (and Talia's soon to be) niece. She may be shy at first, but don't let that fool you. Leah has a big personality and bigger imagination! She loves taking care of both of her younger siblings and showing them lots of love. One of our favorite memories with Leah was when we played in the toy room at home. She showed us all her toys, went on the slide, and taught us new games. We could see just how much her sister looks up to her because Leah is a leader and intelligent!
