Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, no jeans, or tennis shoes. “Beachy glam” please.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only invited guest with an invited plus one will be allowed. This will be strictly enforced and if you have not rsvp’d you will not be allowed into the reception. Respectfully.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact me separately. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Will there be an open bar? Or should I bring my own drink?

Answer

We will have a drink menu with several signature drinks to choose from. So, please drink responsibly. Ofcourse you can still byob if you choose.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you can park free at the location listed on your invitation.

Should I wear shoes etc to the beach ceremony?

Answer

It’s your personal choice. We will provide an opportunity to dust your feet off from the sand once entering the building after the ceremony.

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

We love children but sorry please no kids!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm. We suggest a 10-15 min early arrival. We will not allow tardiness to disrupt the ceremony and punctuality will be enforced.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have listed a few hotels/condos nearby. We suggest staying at the condos where the wedding will take place but of course you can stay wherever you choose. There is a 5% discount for our guests that book the condos onsite (please call the front desk and mention Rayford/Gant wedding for discount). Please go ahead and book your condo early because we are told they will sell out.

We really would appreciate you helping us have an amazing and memorable honey moon in Jamaica. Info provided under the registry tab. Ofcourse, all gifts will be welcomed and appreciated. We have two registry’s one with Amazon and one with Bed Bath and Beyond.

Can I use my device to record.

Answer

During the beach ceremony we ask that you stay engaged and “unplugged.” We kindly invite you to be fully present and engaged with us. We will happily share photos with you from our professional photographer and videographer once released. Recording during the reception is totally fine. We will also have a snap chat filter so please use that and use our hashtag #LetsGantMarried throughout the wedding reception and weekend. Again, please respect our wishes and do not record/ take pictures during our ceremony. WE WILL HAVE PLENTY OF PICTURES TO SHARE WITH YOU. Thank you!
