I thought I would include the town where my soon to be husband was born and raised! Getting to walk through this town with him was one of the favorite memories. If you end up this way, check out the Hill of The O'Neill. The Hill has a great visitor center detailing some local history.

Another place on my TO DO LIST for Ireland that I have heard nothing but great things about. More southwest on the island you will find Killarney. A magical area of lush landscapes and lakes. Worth a trip if you have the time!
