Airbnb or VRBO

We highly recommend booking an Airbnb or VRBO rental on Folly Beach (event location) or James Island (10-20 minute commute). We do not have a hotel block, but if you prefer to stay in a hotel or bed & breakfast, we recommend Tides Folly Beach or The Regatta Inn. Note that both of these options are typically more expensive than Airbnb and VRBO. Late spring is one of the busiest tourist seasons in Charleston so we recommend booking lodging ASAP!

The closest local airport is Charleston International Airport located in North Charleston, South Carolina. The drive from the airport to Folly Beach is about 35-40 minutes.
