For those attending the wedding, we will be providing face masks for guests to wear if they so choose but they will not be required. We will be placing hand sanitizer at multiple locations throughout the venue and encouraging our guests to take proper action in sanitization and hand washing practices. Our vendors will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and will be taking extra precaution when handling food and/or working around the venue. We will be making sure that as the wedding day gets closer, we will make all necessary arrangements to keep our friends and family safe during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to Reggie @817-412-1310 or Sydney @817-201-3054
Everyone must RSVP by September 25th. After this day, the online RSVP link will be deactivated, those that haven't RSVP'd will be considered "declined" and ANY and ALL RSVP changes will need to be made through Reggie Braasch @817-412-1310 and/or Sydney @817-201-3054. If you do not RSVP by September 25th and you decide to show up to our wedding, please bring your own chair and dinner as we will not have planned for your presence.
We ask that anyone that has been exposed to and/or is developing symptoms of COVID-19, do not attend our wedding weekend. Please adhere to the CDC guidelines on safe practices on social distancing and testing. Please contact Reggie @817-412-1310 AND Sydney @817-201-3054 ASAP so that we may plan accordingly.
Per the CDC, anyone who has had close contact with someone with COVID-19 should stay home for 14 days after their last exposure to that person. However, anyone who has had close contact with someone with COVID-19 and who: - developed COVID-19 illness within the previous 3 months and - has recovered and - remains without COVID-19 symptoms (for example, cough, shortness of breath) does not need to stay home.
Per the CDC, If you continue to have no symptoms, you can be with others after 10 days have passed since you had a positive viral test for COVID-19 OR if you have a confirmed negative viral test.
Per the CDC you can be around others after: 10 days since symptoms first appeared and 24 hours with no fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and COVID-19 symptoms have improved (for example, cough, shortness of breath) Or you have a confirmed negative viral test.
We love your kids but this will be an adult- only affair. Only those that were addressed on the wedding invitation and that are located on our RSVP page will be able to attend the wedding weekend.
We wish we could invite everyone to enjoy our special weekend but unfortunately only the guests that received a "and guest" on their wedding invitation are allowed to bring a date. That being said, if guests that were specifically addressed by name on the invitation and RSVP tab will not be able to attend, that does not mean another guest that was not addressed may take their place. If this is not clear, please reach out to Reggie @817-412-1310 or Sydney @817-201-3054
