We have a limited number of cabins available to stay at on property on Wednesday and Thursday. If you are interested in staying at one of these cabins, please reach out to us for availability and to book. Cabins are $295/night.

This hotel is a great option. It is about 20 minutes away. This is where we stay when we visit and will be where we are staying on Friday and Saturday after the wedding.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Cruz - Capitola
This hotel is in Capitola/East Side SC, close to where Caitlin grew up. It is a bit further from the venue and will take you approximately 30 minutes to get to venue.
Flight
San Jose International Airport
If you do not like the idea of driving, the nearest airport is San Jose International Airport. From there, it is a 30-45 minute drive south to Santa Cruz via Highway 17. Fair warning: highway 17 is a windey and high speed highway.
Travel Note
Shuttles
There will be no onsite parking at the venue unless you are a guest in the cabins. If you are staying at a location other than the Hilton in Scott's Valley, please go to St. Peter & Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church, 9980 Highway 9, Ben Lomond, Ca. Shuttles will be running continuously starting at 2 pm from the church. If you are staying at the Hilton in Scott's Valley, there will be one shuttle that will leave at 1:30pm. We will require a "reservation" on this shuttle. Please text Caitlin at (408) 438-3662 if interested in taking this shuttle. If you miss it or are not interested, please plan on parking at the church parking lot and shuttling from there.
Travel Note
Uber
Uber is an option to get to the venue, however it is not offered leaving the venue. You may uber to the venue and then take the shuttle back to the church parking lot and get an uber from there. Please make sure the address is correct for the uber: 180 Hidden Falls Trail, Ben Lomond, Ca. You will have to pass the signs for "Sequoia Retreat Center" and "Welcome" and then can be dropped off the guest hub which is the entrance to our venue, Waterfall Lodge & Retreat.
