Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love all of our friends and family's children, we ask that anyone under 18 stay at home. We think everyone would love a night off and a chance to party!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot allow for any extra guests other than those listed on your RSVP card due to our venue capacity. Your entire party will be listed when you RSVP through the RSVP tab. Please reach out to bride or groom with any questions.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
While we do not expect anything, if you should like to celebrate our union with gifts, we are registered at Zola.com as well as Target. More info to come on registries.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress in semi-formal attire. Keep in mind that we are in the Santa Cruz Mountains in fall and there is the potential for it to get very chilly at night as well as possibly rain. The Lodge, where the dancing portion of the reception is, is heated, but everything else will be outside. Please dress accordingly. Please avoid wearing white.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony starts at 3:00 pm. Please arrive with at least 10 minutes of spare time to find a seat and take in all the views that the property has to offer. In addition, if you are staying off-site, please allow enough time to park at the church and then shuttle in with the provided shuttles.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! For those staying on site in the cabins, parking is available on site. The venue has asked us to limit the amount of cars on property so please try to stick to one vehicle if staying in the cabins. For those staying off site, parking will be at St. Peter & Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church, 9980 Highway 9, Ben Lomond, CA. Please park in the parking lot following the signage for the wedding. There will be shuttles to and from the church parking lot and our venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
The dinner will be barbecue and buffet style to accomodate our guests as much as possible. If you have a concern regarding the food, please reach out to either Caitlin or James in advance to address the concern.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes!! We are having a Thursday wedding in hopes that our guests will spend the rest of the weekend enjoying Santa Cruz, as well as attending some other events we have planned. Please see the schedule listed on our website for the other events we have planned surrounding the weekend. Mini vacay!
