Travel to Costanoa

The Wedding Website of Suzy Goldenkranz and Seth Samuels
Costanoa is 30 minutes north of Santa Cruz and 30 minutes south of Half Moon Bay, right off of Highway 1. This area is beautiful, but is semi-remote. You'll need a car to get to and from camp, as there are not Ubers, Lyfts, or reliable cell phone service in the area.

Hotel

Costanoa Lodge

Join us at Camp! We have reserved blocks of rooms at the Lodge, Douglas Fir Cabins, and Cypress Village Tent Bungalows. This way you can enjoy the beauty and nature of the area, and not worry about driving up and down the coast. Only lodge rooms have a full bath en suite, and we are trying to reserve those for people who need them. Of the other room types, some have an en suite half bath, while others do not. There are upscale comfort stations available nearby with bathrooms, hot showers, and saunas. Accomodation Details can be found here: http://www.costanoa.com/douglas-fir-cabins.html http://www.costanoa.com/tent-bungalows.html http://www.costanoa.com/the-lodge.html

Equidistant (~50 miles or a little over an hour) from both San Francisco or San Jose International Airports, or about 90 min from Monterey or 2 hours from Oakland. Please note, you'll need a car to get to and from Costanoa so plan on renting or coordinating with others!

Driving to Costanoa

Driving to Costanoa involves some very windy mountain and cliff roads so if you are unfamiliar with the area, we recommend you plan on arriving during daylight hours.

Travel Note

Additional Lodging Options

If staying at Costanoa is not for you, we recommend two additional hotels in the area. Please note the roads are windy and dark to Costanoa after the wedding, and there are not cabs, Uber or Lyfts available in the area. Also note that summer in Central Coast, CA is high time for tourists so we recommend booking any rooms early! Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay: http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/hotels/california/half-moon-bay/?scid=bb1a189a-fec3-4d19-a255-54ba596febe2 (approximately 30 minutes north on Highway 1).
