What is the dress code?

Fancy cocktail party! Dress up, have fun and feel free to sparkle. It will be warm, but likely 15 degrees cooler than Moab. Of note, the wedding will be right after the Summer Solstice and right before the full moon. It will be a bright night!

Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
All events will take place at Whispering Oaks Ranch, with the ceremony and reception being at the pavilion. Parking will be available.

Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, the ceremony and reception will be an adults-only event except for our direct nieces and nephews.

Will shuttles be provided?
Answer
Yes! The Moab Express will be departing from Best Western Canyonlands (watch out there is another BW across the street) at 3:30pm. And returning after the wedding- an early trip at 9pm, and a second at 11pm It’s nicely paved but still a mountain road to get up to the venue- everyone’s safety is a priority of ours.

Are dogs welcome?

We're delighted to welcome Potato as a special guest! However, per venue policy, we're able to include only the bride and groom's dog at the celebration.

What will the timeline be?

4:30p a brief ceremony that both Suzy and Austin may be late for 5:00p cocktail hour 6:15-7:45 dinner and dessert 8-11 live music and dancing! Afterparty as late as your heart desires! Please plan to arrive a few minutes before the ceremony to grab a drink and settle in. The ceremony will be in full sun- but it will be brief. Plan accordingly if you melt in the sun.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
All diets should be accommodated. We plan to be meat, gf and veg/vegan friendly. If you have other specialty diet concerns, please reach out and we will be able to accommodate!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Non-alcoholic bevys, beer, wine and three chosen cocktails will be served.

Answer
Take pics all night long if you want to! But we kindly ask for a phone free ceremony. Our goal is presence and reflection on love.
