Open invite if you’re in town—come up to the ranch for a casual evening of drinks, sunset, and yard games. Please RSVP, as headcount will determine whether we host at the house or pavilion. We’ll have beer, wine, and light snacks; grills will be open if you’d like to bring something up to throw on. Parking is available, but may be snug, consider carpooling if you’re able to!

Shuttle

The shuttle will leave at 3:30pm from Best Western Canyonlands. (Please note- there are two best westerns in town- across the street from one another). Two choices for return time back to the same location! 8:30pm and 11:00pm
Ceremony and Reception

Fancy cocktail attire! Dress up, look good, have fun with it—we want you feeling your best. Bring your style, stay comfortable. Jackets and ties optional. Ladies, please no white. Heads up: ceremony is on grass with some uneven paths, so plan your shoes accordingly. If you’re unsure, trust your gut—we promise you’ll look great.
Whipering Oaks Ranch is at about 7,950 feet above sea level. Moab is at about 4,000 feet. Stay hydrated, take breaks, and don't overexert yourself if you are not acclimated to the elevation. Temperatures at the ranch are typically 10-15 degrees below Moab temperatures. The shuttle company, Moab Express, will leave from The Best Western Canyonlands at 3:30. A short ceremony will proceed at 4:30, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing! The shuttle will return down to Moab around 9pm and a second at 11pm.
