Hilton Denver Inverness

We have block rooms set up at the Denver Inverness. Please visit the link attached for reservations or you can call the hotel directly between the hours of 9AM-5PM MST and reference the Stegall-Carl Wedding. The link attached is only for Friday and Saturday nights. If you need any additional nights, you can still book through the link and then just call the hotel and tell them you need to extend your reservation. Also, if you need a specific type of room (i.e. handicapped room, upgrade to a suite, etc), you can either call the hotel directly and reference the Stegall/Carl block, or book through the link and then call the hotel to have them adjust your resevation for your specific needs. $139 per night + taxes and fees. (resort fee waived for block rate) The EARLIER, the better, as this hotel services multiple wedding venues in the surrounding mountainous areas. Deadline for block rate is March 31, 2021. Train

RTD

If flying in to DIA, you can either rent a car, take a ride share service, or take the train. You can take the train from the airport to the County Line Station stop, located only 1.6 miles from the hotel. From the station, you can either take a ride share or call the hotel for a free shuttle pickup (only available within 5 miles of the hotel). Train tickets can be purchased in person at the kiosk at the airport or by downloading the RTD app on your phone. (Search RTD on Apple Store or Google Play Store). Depending on your time of departure from the airport, there are two possible lines to take. 1) Take the AT Line (Denver Airport Station Gate 9) to Arapahoe Village Center Station where you will then board the E Line towards RidgeGate, and get off at County Line Station. 2) Take the A Line to Union Station where you will then board the R Line towards RidgeGate Station and get off at County Line Station. You can use the Trip Planner in the RTD app to see which works best for you.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hilton Denver Inverness to Spruce Mountain Ranch

MASKS ARE REQUIRED ON THE SHUTTLE AT ALL TIMES. All shuttles to the wedding will be picking up and dropping off from Hilton Denver Inverness. Please note, our wedding venue is located outside the city and this will be THE ONLY LOCATION FOR SHUTTLE SERVICE. Shuttles will begin loading at 2:30 and depart the hotel at 2:45PM MST, so please be sure you are at the hotel in time for the shuttle. In the evening, shuttles will depart Spruce at 9:15PM (early return) and 11PM for all remaining guests. Although it is easy to take an Uber or Lyft TO the wedding location, pick up is NOT guaranteed from the location at the end of the night due to the rural area, and therefore we highly suggest not to rely on these services. If driving to the event, NO CARS are to be left on Spruce Mountain premises over night. Due to these constrictions, we highly suggest booking your stay at the Denver Inverness. AGAIN, MASKS ARE REQUIRED ON THE SHUTTLE AT ALL TIMES. We sincerely thank you for your cooperation.
