As all events are at the hotel, we highly encourage out of towners to stay Friday and Saturday at the hotel. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM Garage parking is available $12.00 per day with in & out privileges or $15.00 for overnight parking. Valet parking is also available for $42.00 for overnight service.
Flight
For out of towners, you should expect to fly into George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). If taking Uber/Lyft, Ubers are plentiful from IAH at any hour of the day or night. Follow the "ground transportation" signage for the rideshare pickup location, which is typically near the baggage claim area at most terminals. A 7-8minute wait is not uncommon (as the designated rideshare waiting area for drivers is slightly outside the airport).
