We're so excited to share a few of our favorite places to visit in Mangalore.
For getting around in Mangalore, we recommend rickshaws, small three-wheeled vehicles (fitting 2-3 people each) which you can hail from any sidewalk or from a nearby rickshaw stall. They offer relatively cheap rides around town and are a quintessential experience of being in India. Most of the drivers should have English familiarity, but just telling them the final destination should be sufficient. Make sure to have INR on hand (they do not accept credit cards).
