When and how to fill out the e-visa?

Answer

Fill out the e-visa at least 1 month before travel to ensure you can travel to India by the time it is approved. For some countries, you may need to fill out the e-visa well in advance which may require an in-person appointment. How will transportation from and to hotel / wedding venue work?

Answer

We recommend using Uber for transporting luggage or larger groups of people. For getting around in Mangalore, we recommend rickshaws, small three-wheeled vehicles (fitting 2-3 people each) which you can hail from any sidewalk or from a nearby rickshaw stall. They offer relatively cheap rides around town and are a quintessential experience of being in India. Most of the drivers should have English familiarity, but just telling them the final destination should be sufficient. Make sure to have INR on hand (they do not accept credit cards).
