Should be warm outside but consider a light sweater/overpiece in case it gets breezy as the sun goes down. Please select your meal option: (Choose 1 of 2 appetizers) Tiradito Apaltado A Peruvian dish similar to sashimi: thin slices of fresh fish topped with a creamy avocado sauce and citrus dressing. Light, fresh, and full of bright flavor. Jalea A crispy seafood platter with lightly fried fish and shellfish, served with lime and salsa criolla (onion & lime topping). A classic Peruvian coastal dish. (Choose 1 of 2 main entrees) Pollo a la Parrilla Grilled chicken served with baby potatoes, asparagus, portobello mushrooms, avocado, and a rich demi-glace sauce. Fresh, smoky, and flavorful. Lomo Saltado One of Peru’s most famous dishes: strips of beef stir-fried with onions, tomatoes, and soy sauce, served with fries and rice. A flavorful mix of Peruvian and Chinese influences.

International guests visiting Peru will have free time today to lounge at the hotel pool or consider having lunch at Restaurante Huaca Pucllana overlooking ancient ruins (reservations required). Tonight explore Miraflores and lively Kennedy Park followed by nightlife options.

For international visitors to Peru, free time to explore great restaurants for lunch (recommend the oceanfront Cala Restaurant with its amazing ocean views). Tonight explore the must-visit Barranco neighborhood that is full of charm.

Recommend dinner around 6pm and leaving for airport around 8pm for a Tuesday February 24th 12am midnight return flight.
