Everyone invited is welcome to bring a plus one. We want you to be able to share this with your loved ones as well. Please make sure and include them on the digital RSVP!
Our RSVP deadline will be mid July so we can finalize with the caterers.
Children are welcome to this wedding. We would ask you refrain from bringing them to the ceremony if they’re at an age in which they are not able to control their volume.
We completely understand the high cost of travelling, our gift request is simply your attendance. We have an optional registry, but your presence is our present! (And we promise we mean that!!!)
This wedding will be all outside (remember your sunscreen!). The reception will be covered and there is plenty of shade in the gardens. However, the ceremony will be in sunlight. There is a beautiful Victorian mansion, which is now a museum, on the property which will serve as the backdrop. This is a beautiful property to explore, with that beautiful property comes uneven terrain, cobblestone, and lots of grassy areas. Please wear comfortable (and safe) shoes!
Formal/semi-formal attire, however you are comfortable. Colors encouraged! (The bridal party and decor will be in lilac purple and olive green so we ask if possible to refrain from these colors). This is an outdoor garden wedding. We would recommend no stilettos or similar shoes as you may find it hard to navigate the terrain.
We will have our first dance and then we welcome everyone to dance with us! We will ensure the playlists have great vibes and we strongly encourage dancing with us! We hope to end the night dancing the night away to early 2000’s music!
We will have an Italian buffet from Pompellos, including vegetarian options, non-alcoholic drinks, and an open bar of wine and beer.
Deepwood Museum & Gardens has a pretty generous sized parking lot with a few spaces along Lee St as well. We do not think overflow parking will be an issue. However, in case it is, there is free parking at Bush’s Pasture park.
