Travel Note

Sea Pines, Hilton Head

We recommend staying at a house or hotel within Sea Pines, marked by the purple outline on the map, as it offers the most convenient access to and from the event. Sea Pines is a gated community with a daily entrance fee of $9. IMPORTANT: If you are staying outside of Sea Pines, let us know and we can provide you with free guest passes! This will allow you to come and go as you please without having to pay the fee.

Hotel

Courtyard Marriott

The Courtyard Marriott (at the end of Popes Head Ave) has secured 10 rooms for us at a discounted rate. Rooms would be $244/night +11% tax starting on Thursday 5/8. Rooms must be booked by 4/8/25 in order to receive the discount. The hotel has a rooftop bar, pool, and is in a convenient location.

House Or Rental

Multi-Family Sea Pines House Rental (Locations to come soon)

We are working with a rental management company to furnish a list of houses available for larger groups. This would allow between 2-6 families to rent them together. These will be shared once we receive them from the management company. You are also welcome to find your own homes to stay at on Airbnb.com or VRBO.com.

Flight

Savannah Airport (SAV) or Hilton Head Airport (HHH)

These are the two best airport options. ✈️SAV | Savannah Airport is located in Savannah, Georgia and is the bigger of the two airports. It is about 1 hour away from Sea Pines. ✈️HHH | Hilton Head airport is a smaller airport but only 15 minutes away from Sea Pines.
