Please complete your RSVP online (on this very website) by September 1st, 2022. The RSVP page will become available once invitations has been mailed.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We love you (we promise), but we only sent save the dates to out of town guests who are not in the wedding party and not immediate family. They were sent out mainly with the intention of letting people get hotels booked in time! If you are sad, let Leigh know and she will make you your very own save the date which she will hand you in person.
Yes! We have a few options available for those who are looking to book a room near our venue. Please refer to our Travel page for more information. Our wedding weekend is also a IU football weekend, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
It is an IU home football game weekend and hotels in the area tend to raise prices accordingly. We hope you'll grab a room in block if you can or we would suggest looking into alternatives such as Airbnbs.
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm. Leigh once made the mistake of assuming all weddings start late and missed her friend's entire ceremony, so we highly recommend being seated by 4:30pm, but arriving no earlier than 4:00pm (you'll get bored).
Weather allowing, the ceremony will be outdoors (on the patio), the cocktail hour will be combination indoors/outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
We recommend cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dressy shirts, jackets and slacks or nice khakis. Basically, follow the rule of we would like you to look nice but still be comfy! Please note the ceremony will be outdoors, so you may want to bring a light sweater if you think you will be chilly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests - only those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or need any clarification.
Of course! Your kids are welcome to attend and we would love to see them, but please note that there will not be any kid-focused activities available at our venue.
Yes! Woolery Mill has a large parking lot where you can park for free. Cars can be left overnight, but must be removed by 10:00am on Sunday, October 16th, 2022.
We appreciate you putting away your phones, cameras, and other devices to be with us in the moment and allow our photographer to get the best shots during the ceremony.
Yes! Please make sure to bring ID if you would like to drink.
Housemade chips, queso and guacamole will be served during Cocktail Hour. Dinner will be a taco bar with corn and flour tortillas, ground beef, mixed vegetables, refried beans, various taco toppings, and Mexican rice. There will be an open bar and dinner will also have water and lemonade available.
While it’s not a requirement, we completely understand, respect, and fully support any guests who wish to wear a mask on the day. If you need help finding good quality masks for the wedding, please let us know and we'll do what we can to help you.
We are so grateful to be able to celebrate in person together! To get this party started and keep it safe we are asking that all guests that are able be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 before the wedding. We will have immunocompromised and high-risk friends and family members present and hope that you will help protect both them and yourself from COVID-19. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us.
