Just walking around Eastsound is a treat, from cute little eateries and bakeries to shops and some history notes too plus a wonderful bookstore with a coffee shop.

The whales are often on display, especially - yes, you guessed it - Orcas. And they’re amazing.

Another option is to explore via kayak or bike. We would definitely recommend you ask where it’s safe to ride a bike and get a map. People are safe drivers, for sure, but there aren’t great shoulders. Kayaking - definitely safe and wonderful!
