How do I RSVP?
Answer
In the RSVP tab, type your first and last name. Your invitation will appear and you will be able to fill out your response! Hopefully it’s a yes!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 21, 2025! If you miss this date, we will regrettably mark you down as a ‘no’. We unfortunately aren’t able to accommodate late RVSP due to catering and venue needing exact guest counts. We appreciate your understanding!

Is transportation available to and from the wedding?
Answer
There will be no scheduled transportation. Additionally, due to the more rural location, there are no ride share services such as Lyft or Uber available. Please plan accordingly especially if you are planning on enjoying the bar. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and make it home safely.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony time. This will ensure plenty of time to get seated and comfortable before the ceremony starts.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
Unless prompted, we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for our unplugged ceremony. We have an incredible photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!

Can I share pictures of the big day on my social media?
Answer
Feel free to post any pictures of you and other guests. However, we kindly ask that any other photos taken wait to be share until Rachel and Alex have had the chance to do so first.

Will there be alcohol provided?

Yes! Drinks on us!

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests listed in RSVP tab. If you receive a plus one it will appear when completing your RSVP.

Am I able to bring my children?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Is there a specific hotel block I should utilize?
Answer
No hotel blocks have been reserved so feel free to select an accommodation that best fits your needs. Nearby hotels have been listed in the travel section.

Is the wedding outside or indoors?
Answer
The ceremony and short cocktail hour will be located outside and the reception is located indoors.

What if I have a food allergy?
Answer
Please specify which allergies when completing RSVP. If any new allergies arise after completing your RSVP, please reach out to the bride directly.

Where is the wedding registry and who is it through?
Answer
The registry can be found through the registry tab at the top of our website. The registry is through Amazon.

What is the parking situation at venue?
Answer
Parking is located directly across the street and overflow parking is at the west end of the building.

Nope! This website functions as both so we kindly ask that you save the date, RSVP, and polish your dancing shoes!
