Stu and Salina were both members of a Christian Co-Ed Singles group when they met in May of 2021. Salina invited the group to an event she loves called Salsa on the Sand. As luck would have it, they both attended the same event a month later and started an adventurous friendship. Despite being in a wheelchair, Stu surprised Salina when he agreed to go skydiving, kayaking, and dancing with her. Stu loved Salina's intrepid spirit and that she saw "him", not his disability. Their friendship grew to like, like turned to love, and just 10 months later they are engaged to be married.
