We’ve reserved a Storm–Cannon Wedding Block at some of our favorite hotels. See the details below to book your stay. The hotels have kindly reserved a courtesy room block just for our guests. While additional rooms may be added as availability allows, the current wedding rate may not be guaranteed later in the year, especially during high-demand IU athletic events. Bloomington’s newest addition in the heart of downtown, this upscale boutique hotel offers a chic, immersive escape for guests who appreciate the finer things. Rooms are available at a special wedding rate of $189 per night. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (ET), and early check-in is often available upon request. Valet parking is available for $33 per night, and breakfast vouchers are included at Gables Bagels, located inside the hotel. Most rooms feature King beds, with a limited number of Queen/Queen rooms available.

A Storm relative lovingly manages this historic boutique hotel and offers a truly special stay. With 40 unique rooms, each with its own private bathroom, you’re invited to choose the house and room that best suit you. You may also let the Inn know if you’d like to be located near specific family members or friends. Guests can enjoy the exclusive Storm family rate of $109 per night, which includes parking, breakfast, and coffee and snacks throughout the day. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM (ET). We’ve reserved the following houses for our family and friends: The Hoosier House, situated across the street from the main house, offers 16 King rooms, each equipped with a sofa sleeper. The Ziegler House (where check-in is located) offers 8 rooms, and The Gilstrap House includes 5 rooms. Both provide a mix of King and Queen rooms and are connected through the dining room. Flight

Indianapolis International Airport

Bloomington is about 53 miles south of the Indianapolis airport via I-69 (roughly 45–50 minutes, depending on traffic). Options for getting to and from Bloomington include a rental car, Uber (around $70–$100), or Go Express Travel, a shared shuttle service that costs approximately $33 per person each way. Shuttle pick-up locations are at The Graduate and SpringHill Suites—if you’re staying at one of our other suggested hotels, both spots are within walking distance.
